Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ancestor Lens mobile application ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Overview

Ancestor Lens is a freemium mobile application that provides AI-powered image generation and transformation features. The App allows users to create, edit, and transform images using advanced AI technology. The App is intended for personal use on compatible iOS devices.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Premium Subscriptions

The App operates on a freemium model, offering both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are available through in-app purchases:

• Monthly Pro: A monthly subscription that provides access to premium features and increased generation capabilities.
• Annual Pro: An annual subscription that provides access to premium features and increased generation capabilities.

All premium purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds for premium subscriptions are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not provide refunds except as required by law.

Premium subscriptions include usage limits for AI generation features. Monthly Pro subscriptions include up to 100 generations per month, while Annual Pro subscriptions include up to 250 generations per year. These limits reset at the beginning of each subscription period. Unused generations do not carry over to the next period.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate and transform images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always produce the exact results you expect
• Generated images are created algorithmically and may contain imperfections or unexpected elements
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any images, content, or data you upload, create, or generate using the App. You agree not to:

• Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the App to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates privacy rights
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or extract the App's AI models or algorithms

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality and improving our services.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party AI services and APIs to process your images and generate content. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using the App, you acknowledge that your content may be processed by these third-party services.

7. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to improve functionality or fix issues. Updates may be required for continued use of the App. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature, including premium features and usage limits, without prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if continued access poses a risk to other users or our services. Upon termination, you must delete the App from your devices and stop using it. Premium subscriptions will be cancelled according to App Store policies.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You assume all risk for using the App and any content generated through it. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the App or any AI-generated content. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for premium subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $1.00 (whichever is greater).

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
