These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arrows - Snakes Flow mobile game ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Game Overview

Arrows - Snakes Flow is an arcade-style puzzle game where you guide arrow paths, dodge snakes, and complete challenge-based levels. The App is intended for personal entertainment on compatible iOS devices.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, including premium content or cosmetic packs. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. You can manage or cancel purchases in your App Store account settings.

4. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or cheats to gain an unfair advantage
• Upload or share offensive, unlawful, or harmful content in any interactive areas

5. Game Center & Leaderboards

The App supports Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Participation is optional. By connecting, you agree to Apple's Game Center terms. We do not control how Game Center stores or displays your profile name and score data.

6. User Generated Content

If the App allows you to create or share content (such as level designs or screenshots), you are responsible for that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content solely for operating and improving the App.

7. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to improve gameplay or fix issues. Updates may be required for continued use of the App. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the App or any feature without notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if continued access poses a risk to other users or our services. Upon termination you must delete the App from your devices and stop using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases, or $1.00 (whichever is greater).
