These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AstraVerse: Horoscope Widget app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Description

AstraVerse: Horoscope Widget is a mobile application that provides personalized horoscope readings, astrological insights, and customizable widgets for your home screen. The app generates daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes based on your birth information.

2. Birth Information and Personal Data

To provide accurate horoscope readings, the App requires:

• Your birth date (day, month, year)
• Optional birth time for more precise readings
• Birth location (city, country)

This information is stored locally on your device and is used solely to generate personalized astrological content. We do not share this information with third parties.

3. Premium Features and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Monthly Premium: Provides access to advanced features for a monthly period
• Annual Premium: Provides access to advanced features for an annual period

Premium subscriptions are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

5. User Content and Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Use the App to provide professional astrological services without proper licensing

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Horoscope readings are for entertainment purposes only
• Astrological predictions are not scientifically proven
• The App should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on horoscope content
• Horoscope accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed

7. Widget Functionality

The App provides customizable widgets for your home screen:

• Widgets display personalized horoscope information
• Widget appearance and content can be customized
• Widget updates are based on your device's settings and app usage
• Widget functionality may vary depending on your device and iOS version

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from your device.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The App may contain bugs or other technical issues.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on horoscope content or astrological predictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any, or $1.00, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website.
