These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Achievy: Medals & Results app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Description

Achievy: Medals & Results is a mobile application that allows users to showcase their achievements, post photos, share location data related to their medals and results, and interact with other users' content.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The App allows you to post content, including but not limited to photos, text, and location data ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to the App.

3.1 Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Achievy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations result in immediate account removal. You agree NOT to post User Content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
• Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity.
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

3.2 Content Moderation

We provide features to filter objectionable content, block abusive users, and report violations. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.

4. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features ("Premium Subscription").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Analytics and Data

We may collect and use technical data, usage analytics, and related information to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and for other analytics purposes to improve our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and your account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or the UGC policy, without notice or liability.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
