Ballaze: Tilt Marble Puzzle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, access, and play of the Ballaze: Tilt Marble Puzzle mobile game ("Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or play the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on iOS-compatible devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Game may provide optional in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases"), which may include features such as removing advertisements, unlocking extra level packs, or acquiring decorative marble skins and themes.

• License Only: All virtual items, skins, themes, and feature unlocks are licensed to you, not sold. They possess no real-world monetary value and do not constitute personal property.
• Refund Policy: All In-App Purchases are processed and finalized through the Apple App Store and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided by Apple's refund policies or required by applicable statutory consumer law.
• Billing & Processing: Financial transactions are handled entirely by Apple Inc. Any billing inquiries or payment method management must be resolved through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Advertisements

The Game may feature third-party advertisements (including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads) to support free gameplay. In-App Purchases may be offered to remove certain non-rewarded advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the goods and services advertised therein.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree to use and play the Game in accordance with applicable laws and fair play standards. You expressly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Use automated bots, cheats, hacks, unauthorized mods, or exploitation tools to modify gameplay, bypass progression, or artificially unlock stages.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended physics behaviors for unfair advantage or commercial gain.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security controls, licensing validations, or ad-serving technologies embedded within the Game.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Ballaze: Tilt Marble Puzzle—including but not limited to source code, graphics, level designs, marble artwork, physics balance systems, sound effects, musical scores, and user interface layouts—are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of deepqeeb.pro and its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights whatsoever by downloading or playing the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties, guarantees, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, deepqeeb.pro disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall deepqeeb.pro, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your access to, play of, or inability to play the Game.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
