Candy Spout: Color Sort Puzzle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between you and deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, access, and play of the Candy Spout: Color Sort Puzzle mobile game ("Game").

1. License Grant

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Candy Spout: Color Sort Puzzle provides optional in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases"), which may include features such as removing advertisements ("No Ads"), purchasing virtual coin bundles, unlocking hints, extra undos, bonus spouts/tubes, and obtaining custom decorative candy themes.

• License Only: All virtual items, coins, boosts, themes, and feature unlocks are licensed to you, not sold. They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal property.
• Billing & Payment: Financial transactions are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Any billing questions, refunds, or payment method updates must be managed directly via your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund Policy: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under Apple's App Store refund policies or required by applicable statutory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

3. Advertisements

The Game includes third-party advertisements (such as banner ads, interstitial ads between stages, and optional rewarded video ads) to support free access and continuous gameplay improvements. In-App Purchases may be offered to disable non-rewarded advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, representations, or policies of third-party advertisers or external websites.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree to use and play the Game in accordance with all applicable laws and fair play standards. You expressly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or puzzle algorithms of the Game.
• Use automated bots, cheats, hacks, unauthorized mods, or exploitation scripts to manipulate puzzle states, bypass level progression, or artificially generate virtual items or currency.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage or commercial gain.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with security controls, licensing validations, or ad-serving technologies embedded within the Game.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Game.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Candy Spout: Color Sort Puzzle—including but not limited to software code, game mechanics, visual assets, artwork, animations, candy textures, spout designs, sound effects, musical scores, and user interface layouts—are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of deepqeeb.pro and its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights whatsoever by downloading or playing the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, deepqeeb.pro disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, deepqeeb.pro, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, gameplay progress, virtual items, device functionality, or profits resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use or play of the Game following posted updates signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.
