These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarDash: Car Dashboard & HUD app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Description

CarDash: Car Dashboard & HUD is a mobile application designed to serve as a digital speedometer, head-up display (HUD), and driving dashboard dashboard assistant for vehicles.

2. Safe Driving Warning & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING: Always prioritize road safety. Do not interact with the App, adjust settings, or look away from the road while driving. Secure your mobile device properly in an appropriate mount. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle in a safe and legal manner, and complying with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features ("Premium Subscription").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. User Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

6. Analytics and Data

We may collect and use technical data, usage analytics, and related information (such as location and speed data, processed anonymously) to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and for other analytics purposes to improve our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of speed calculations, GPS tracking, or HUD readings, which can vary based on device hardware and GPS signals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to traffic fines, accidents, or vehicle damage arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
