These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and play of the Magnetize: Gold Rush Idle mobile game ("Game"), developed by deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or play the Game.

1. Game License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Game may allow you to purchase virtual currency (such as gold, coins, or gems) or virtual items/upgrades using real-world money via In-App Purchases.

• License Only: You acknowledge that virtual currencies and items are licensed to you, have no real-world monetary value, and do not constitute personal property.
• No Refunds: All purchases made through In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store refund policies.
• Payment: Payments are processed entirely by Apple. Your billing settings and accounts are managed through your Apple ID settings.

3. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree to play the Game in a fair and respectful manner. You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
• Exploit game bugs or mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the Game code or data.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to graphics, sounds, characters, themes, code, and interface design) are owned by deepqeeb.pro. You do not acquire any ownership rights by playing the Game.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deepqeeb.pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your play of or inability to play the Game.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post modified Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued play of the Game after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
