Phone Toolkit: Cleaner & Tests Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, access, and use of the Phone Toolkit: Cleaner & Tests mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2. App Description & Functionality

Phone Toolkit: Cleaner & Tests provides hardware diagnostic testing (screen touch, dead pixels, speakers, microphone, vibration, camera, sensors, network speed), storage cleanup assistance (duplicate and similar photos, large videos, screenshots), and contact management (duplicate contacts merging and cleanup) on compatible iOS devices.

3. License Grant

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Phone Toolkit: Cleaner & Tests offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases").

4.1 Subscription Options

• Weekly Subscription: Recurring 7-day access to full premium cleaning and diagnostic suites
• Monthly Subscription: Recurring 1-month access to full premium features
• Annual Subscription: Recurring 12-month access to full premium features
• Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase granting permanent access to current and future premium tools without recurring charges

4.2 Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

• Payment Processing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not store or process your payment details directly.
• Automatic Renewal: Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your iOS App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
• No Refunds: All purchases and renewal charges are non-refundable, except as expressly provided by Apple's refund policies or required by applicable statutory consumer law.

5. User Responsibilities & Data Deletion Precaution

When using the storage cleaning and contacts deduplication tools:

• The App identifies potential duplicates, similar photos, and contacts based on algorithmic evaluation, but prompts you for final review and confirmation prior to deletion.
• Final Review: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the deletion of any photos, videos, or contacts from your device.
• Backup: We strongly encourage keeping regular backups of your device data via iCloud or a computer. deepqeeb.pro shall not be held liable for accidental or intentional deletion of user files, photos, videos, or contacts.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary diagnostic routines of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute any portion of the App.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or exploitation tools to tamper with the App or bypass subscription validations.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with security controls, licensing validations, or ad-serving technologies embedded within the App.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Phone Toolkit: Cleaner & Tests—including but not limited to source code, algorithms, user interface layouts, icons, diagnostic suites, graphics, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of deepqeeb.pro and its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights by downloading or using the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all diagnostic measurements are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for precision in all hardware and sensor tests, diagnostic readouts are for informational and utility purposes and do not constitute certified professional laboratory or repair service conclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, deepqeeb.pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, photos, contacts, device performance, or profits resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the App following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
