These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renova AI: Room Redesign app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Description

Renova AI: Room Redesign is a mobile application that allows users to redesign their rooms using artificial intelligence powered tools.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features ("Premium Subscription").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. User Content and Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

5. Analytics and Data

We may collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system, and application software to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and for other analytics purposes to improve our services.

Renova AI: Room Redesign is provided for entertainment and design visualization purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
