Rolltino: 3D Dice Roller Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your download, access, and use of the Rolltino: 3D Dice Roller mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility on iOS-compatible devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The App may provide optional in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases"), which may include removing advertisements, unlocking premium 3D dice collections (polyhedral sets: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, D100, custom materials, metallic finishes), themed rolling trays, and exclusive visual effects.

• License Only: All virtual goods, skins, trays, and dice styles are licensed to you, not sold. They possess no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and do not constitute personal property.
• Refund Policy: All In-App Purchases are processed and finalized through the Apple App Store and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided by Apple's refund policies or required by applicable statutory consumer law.
• Billing & Processing: Financial transactions are handled entirely by Apple Inc. Any billing inquiries, payment method changes, or refund requests must be managed through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Advertisements

The App may feature third-party advertisements (including banner ads, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded video ads) to support free app usage. In-App Purchases may be offered to remove non-rewarded advertisements. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the products, services, or content displayed in third-party advertisements.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and fair use standards. You expressly agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or 3D assets of the App.
• Use automated bots, memory injectors, unauthorized modifications, or exploitation tools to tamper with the App or artificially alter random number generation algorithms.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended physics calculations for commercial gain or unfair advantage.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with security controls, licensing validations, or ad-serving technologies embedded within the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Rolltino: 3D Dice Roller—including but not limited to source code, 3D meshes, textures, shader materials, rolling tray models, physics calculation engines, sound effects, and user interface designs—are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of deepqeeb.pro and its licensors. You obtain no ownership rights whatsoever by downloading or using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, deepqeeb.pro disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall deepqeeb.pro, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or saved dice configurations arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the App.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions or principles.
