Zip & Unzip: Archive Manager Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") establish a legally binding agreement between you and deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access, installation, and use of the Zip & Unzip: Archive Manager mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from downloading or using the App.

2. App Description & Functionality

Zip & Unzip: Archive Manager provides local file compression (e.g. creating ZIP archives), archive extraction (e.g. unpacking ZIP, 7Z, RAR, TAR, GZ, and ISO files), password-based encryption and decryption (AES-256), document previewing, and file organization on compatible iOS devices.

3. License Grant

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard EULA.

4. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Zip & Unzip: Archive Manager provides optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases ("In-App Purchases").

4.1 Subscription Options

• Weekly Subscription: Recurring 7-day access to full premium archiver and extractor tools
• Monthly Subscription: Recurring 1-month access to full premium features
• Annual Subscription: Recurring 12-month access to full premium features
• Lifetime Access: A one-time in-app purchase granting permanent access to all current and future premium features without recurring charges

4.2 Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. All financial transactions are managed exclusively by Apple Inc.
• Automatic Renewal: Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal Billing: Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, modify, or cancel your active subscriptions at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds: All purchases and renewal charges are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under Apple's standard App Store refund policies or statutory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. User Responsibilities & File Safety

When compressing, extracting, moving, or deleting files within the App:

• File Backups: You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate, independent backups of your essential files, documents, and media. We strongly recommend using iCloud Backup or an external storage backup.
• Password & Encryption Caution: If you encrypt an archive with a custom password, you are solely responsible for remembering and securely storing that password. Due to the nature of cryptographic encryption, deepqeeb.pro has no master key and cannot recover, reset, or decrypt password-protected archives if the password is lost.
• Third-Party Archives: The App extracts files from archives created by various third-party tools. We cannot guarantee that corrupted, damaged, or malicious archives downloaded from external internet sources will unpack without error.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App lawfully and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary file-handling routines of the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, licensing mechanisms, or subscription validations.
• Use the App to compress, store, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or unlawful content.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the App to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to Zip & Unzip: Archive Manager—including but not limited to code, user interface designs, visual layouts, icons, branding, and graphics—are the exclusive property of deepqeeb.pro. These Terms grant you no ownership interest in the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, deepqeeb.pro disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, deepqeeb.pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of files, data corruption, storage malfunction, or lost profits arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of the App following any updates signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
