These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Air Quality Insights app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

1. App Description

AI Air Quality Insights is an AI-powered mobile application that provides air quality information, analysis, and personalized insights based on your location. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze environmental data and provide recommendations for better air quality awareness.

2. Location Services

The App requires access to your location to provide accurate air quality information for your area. By using the App, you consent to:

• Sharing your location data with the App
• Allowing the App to access your device's GPS and location services
• Transmitting location coordinates to third-party weather and air quality APIs

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Location data is used solely to provide air quality information and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Premium Features and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Premium: Provides access to advanced features for a weekly period
• Lifetime Premium: Provides permanent access to all premium features

Premium subscriptions are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

5. User Content and Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or third-party API services

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

The App integrates with third-party services to provide core functionality:

• OpenWeather API: Provides weather and air quality data
• Google Gemini API: Powers AI analysis and insights generation

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies
• Service availability depends on these third-party providers
• We are not responsible for the content or reliability of these services

7. Data Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate air quality information, you acknowledge that:

• Air quality data comes from third-party sources and may not be 100% accurate
• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only
• The App should not be used as the sole source for health-related decisions
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on the App's information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from your device.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The App may contain bugs or other technical issues.

We are not responsible for any health effects or decisions made based on the App's information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any, or $1.00, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website.
