These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Easy Jpg Converter for Files app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

Easy Jpg Converter for Files is a mobile application designed to convert various file formats to JPG images. The app provides a simple and efficient way to convert files while maintaining privacy and security by processing all conversions locally on your device.

2. File Processing and Privacy

The App processes files entirely on your device:

• All file conversions happen locally - no files are uploaded to external servers
• Your files remain completely private and under your control
• We do not have access to, store, or transmit any of your files
• File processing is performed using secure, local algorithms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the files you choose to convert and that the App processes these files locally on your device.

3. Premium Features and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Premium: Provides access to advanced features for a weekly period
• Lifetime Premium: Provides permanent access to all premium features

Premium subscriptions are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

5. User Content and Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Convert files that violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Use the App to process illegal or inappropriate content

6. File Conversion Limitations

While the App strives to provide accurate file conversions, you acknowledge that:

• Conversion quality may vary depending on the source file format and quality
• Some complex file formats may not convert perfectly
• The App is designed for personal use and may have limitations on file size or format
• We are not responsible for any data loss during the conversion process

It is recommended to backup your original files before conversion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from your device.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The App may contain bugs or other technical issues.

We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss that may occur during file conversion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any, or $1.00, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
