By downloading, installing, or using WorkNotes (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. App Description

WorkNotes is a productivity application designed to help you organize, manage, and track your work-related notes, tasks, and projects. The App provides tools for note-taking, task management, and productivity enhancement.

3. Use of the App

• The App is provided for your personal and professional use.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and content.

4. Premium Subscriptions

WorkNotes offers premium features through the following subscription options:

• Weekly Premium: 7-day subscription with access to all premium features
• Annual Premium: 12-month subscription with access to all premium features
• Lifetime Premium: One-time purchase with permanent access to all premium features

4.1 Subscription Terms

• Payment is processed securely by the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
• Weekly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
• Premium features are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
• No refunds will be provided for any subscription unless required by law.

5. Content and Data

• You retain ownership of all content you create within the App.
• Your notes and data are stored locally on your device by default.
• You are responsible for backing up your data and content.
• We do not access, monitor, or store your personal notes or content unless you explicitly choose to use backup or sync features.
• You agree not to use the App to store or process illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by deepqeeb.pro or its licensors. You may not use any content from the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, deepqeeb.pro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, notes, or productivity.

9. Data Loss and Backup

While we strive to provide a reliable service, you acknowledge that data loss may occur. It is your responsibility to regularly backup your important notes and data. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail.
