Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pixel Pulse: OLED Screen Care app ("App"), provided by Kyrianov Maksym / deepqeeb.pro ("we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Content and Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Resell or sublicense the App to third parties

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
